Service providers (SPs) often use time as a differentiating factor by prioritizing their customers. We investigate competition between two SPs involving a three-stage game. First, the SPs decide whether they should offer single or differentiated service. Then they set prices. Finally, customers self-select and decide their purchase.
嘉宾简介：
南洋理工大学信息技术与运营管理系教授，长期从事运作管理，获美国罗切斯特大学西蒙商学院博士学位。他的研究成果发表在 MSOM, POM, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, and International Journal of Production Economics等期刊上。
